On BBC1 just now. Is there a more perfect film?? It has a bit of everything - catchy musical numbers, political tension, big houses, gorgeous costumes, romance and Nazis and nuns

Anyone else a fan?

Have seen it so many times but just such a good film isn’t it!

This is the film I watched when in Labour. Nothing like singing through the early contractions! I'll be watching it and loving it. I adore the handsome captain and always wanted to be a nun. Sometimes I think I should have been🥴

It was on on Christmas Eve

Watching it right now it's absolutely brilliant.

So so gorgeous.

Same with gone with the wind and my fair lady.

I think the baroness is very classy and eventually resigns gracefully.

Now that I’m older and wiser I think the Baroness handled things brilliantly - and had a very lucky escape!
