I love our cordless vacuum, I was never that bothered about getting one, but it makes it so much easier. Especially when you have a crumb generating child!

I hate our cordless Dyson with a passion, i wish I could love it but I resent every hard earned penny I spent on it.
I love my steam iron. I realise most people think I'm mad, and with young children I barely get time to iron anything, but I love doing the ironing, I find it really relaxing.
DH and I are getting a ninja foodi multicooker for each other for Christmas, I'm very excited and am hoping I will be able to come on a future thread and say I love it, rather than being another Dyson.

Watto1 · 23/12/2021 19:26

I’ve got one of those trays with a bean bag on the bottom. Not only used when eating. I write my Christmas cards on it, do all kinds of paperwork, build Lego sets with ds. So handy!

clopper · 23/12/2021 19:26

Hot water bottle

iklboodolphrednosedpaindear · 23/12/2021 19:27

Our multi cooker. It's fabulous.

TwoBigNoisyBoys · 23/12/2021 19:28

@NadjaofAntipaxos ha ha YES!!! It’s almost the exact same thing!! Grin

@shakingmytinselatyule yes, but you can dice these even more finely Wink great when you’re hiding them in various things (as I still have to do for my fussy 16 year old 🙄😂)

Chishnfips · 23/12/2021 19:28

Dehumidifier. Dries a load of washing in about a day. It's warmer in the winter pulling out the cold damp air and it cools in the summer getting rid of the warm muggy feeling.

TwoBigNoisyBoys · 23/12/2021 19:29

@Watto1 yes I have one of those too, they’re great aren’t they?

Stellaris22 · 23/12/2021 19:31

My vegetable peeler. I've used others when visiting family and helping cook but mine is just the best.

Fuckedoffisanunderstatement · 23/12/2021 19:35

Wine glass

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 23/12/2021 19:37

Masking tape Blush

TheresOnlyOneWayOfLife · 23/12/2021 19:40

I've got one of those scrapers for the carpet that gets all the hair and dust up.
Good exercise and bloody satisfying

The bin.
TurtleOnMyKnees · 23/12/2021 19:57

@FingersofFish this is the one I have; I’m sure you can buy it in other places too

The IKEA laundry thing but in my house it's known as the washing spider.

speakout · 23/12/2021 20:09

I love doing laundry.

mnp321 · 23/12/2021 20:13

Silicon tongs

A boot dryer with two prongs that blow out hot air. Cost £30 on Amazon, lives outside and dries the kids' rugby boots in 10-15 minutes rather than eau de musty shoe filling my house when I put them on the radiators.

Aquariusmumma · 23/12/2021 20:14

@ADialgaAteMyDog

My cheese grater box. Grater fits over the box, then has a lid to store your grated cheese. One of my best buys.
Me too, absolute game changer. Also my garlic crusher (about £2 from China🙀) is an must have for avoiding smelly nails!
marriednotdead · 23/12/2021 20:16

My OXO potato peeler. Everyone in my family who has tried it has gone and bought one (yes we are always in each other's kitchens normally).

My mother was telling me how delighted she was with hers the other day and believe me, she's never happy with anything!

GameofPhones · 23/12/2021 20:17

Wooden chopping boards
Jam funnel - use it for decanting into storage jars (but never made jam)
I use and appreciate them every day.

sjxoxo · 23/12/2021 20:21

My tumble dryer. I’d give anything up even my car before my dryer. xo

PlanetNormal · 23/12/2021 20:22

My glass door drinks fridge. It’s kept well stocked with wine, beer, juice, water, tonic, coke etc. It still feels like a massive luxury that I can just wander into the kitchen & grab a chilled drink any time I want.

FingersofFish · 23/12/2021 20:48

Thank you @TurtleOnMyKnees that's better than the one I'd seen on eBay!

LoveFall · 23/12/2021 20:52

It's a toss up between my bread machine and Instant Pot.

I make most of our bread using sprouted grain flours. So quick, easy, and delicious.

The Instant Pot is indispensable for soups, stock, and stews.

tootyfruitypickle · 23/12/2021 21:12

Karcher window vac. Now I'm actually excited to see condensation. Most satisfying thing ever

Davros · 23/12/2021 21:27

Yes, wine fridge.
Sage tea machine although I'd suggest buying it from Amazon
