I dont want to faff around I have afew hours to kill before Strictly starts😃 its my only day off this week and I cleaned and cooked. I dont care if its a comedy or drama as long as it doesnt have a rubbish ending like everything Ive seen lately. I basically have most streaming serices plus normal tv. I dont even mind paying for a film. Thanks 😃

SerenTarot · 11/12/2021 16:25

I just binge watched 6 episodes of the latest series of Shetland on the ibex iPlayer and thoroughly enjoyed it.

StarryNightSparkles · 11/12/2021 16:28

Manifest has one of the best first episodes I have ever seen.

I think Little Fores Everywhere is good.
Or Dead to me.
Or The Affair.

Normandy144 · 11/12/2021 16:40

I can recommend Succession although I would say it's a bit of a slow burn and you need to get to episode 3/4 so depends how patient you are.

Letsnotargue · 11/12/2021 16:40

I’ve just watched Landscapers and it was great. Watched 2 episodes last night and 2 this morning. Sort of wish I’d saved one for now.

ProfessorInkling · 11/12/2021 16:41

Breaking Bad?
Unorthodox
The Bridge

CanIPleaseHaveOne · 11/12/2021 16:42

The Serpent on Netflix.

Jawdropping true story.

Terrifying true story.

Should be required viewing for all boys/girls/young men /young women. before holidays!

fedup65356 · 11/12/2021 16:42

The Affair - but got a bit weird after S3 so stopped watching.

Bad Girls.

A few years ago there was a mini tv series 'The Driver', which I really enjoyed. It had Steven Morrissey in it and I think was on BBC1

EwwSprouts · 11/12/2021 16:43

The Reader - film starring Kate Winslet

SamhainToImbolc · 11/12/2021 16:43

Already mentioned on here, but

Little Fires Everywhere
Only Murders In The Building
The Crown

SamhainToImbolc · 11/12/2021 16:45

And The Queen's Gambit. Really gripping viewing. Loved it.

Dash1863 · 11/12/2021 16:45

The white lotus on sky Atlantic is very good . An easy watch .

StopThisTrain22 · 11/12/2021 16:46

Succession is amazing but agree you need to watch the first 3 or 4 to be hooked

yodaforpresident · 11/12/2021 16:46

Stranger things
First series of 24

Leftbutcameback · 11/12/2021 16:47

Seconding White Lotus, Shetland and Dope Sick. If you haven't watched it Parks and Recs is very very good.

yodaforpresident · 11/12/2021 16:48

And The Bridge
