Chicken and tofu meatballs in teriyaki sauce with noodles or rice. I love watching this Chinese lady cook on YouTube it’s so relaxing and the tofu really adds to the meatballs

Also made some veggie spring rolls using rice papers

GiltEdges · 26/10/2021 18:43

We had cheesy bean and sweetcorn quesadillas Smile

WineIsMyCarb · 26/10/2021 18:47

Chicken korma with rice and leftover veg from yesterday for DC (5.5 and 4)
We will later have the rest of the portion with a spicier ready meal curry
Heavenly garlic naan bread for all from the local Indian takeaway. DD5.5 stinks!

Spag bol, more garlic bread Grin

Roast chicken, mash, gravy, veg

Leftover chicken made into fajitas (no spicy dust on DC's portion)

Picky tea (everything out of fridge, plus some freshly cooked sausages) for clear-cut before new shop. Last time we did this a fortnight ago the children are cream crackers, salami, half a portion of baked beans, some 'posh' tomatoes, jelly beans, sausages, pitta and slightly out of date fromage frais. In no particular order. They loved it!

Three bean chilli done in the slow cooker, ate early and it was very tasty.

Lasagne. Another thread made me do it.

We are in the process of moving house and after realising DP has put the 4 plates and 2 cups we haven’t packed into the dishwasher it’s a chippy for us- to be eaten out of the paper!
