Enchiladas here.

I'm meal planning later and need some inspiration

spag bol ( or as I incorrectly spelt it in a text to my mate, SLAG Bol).

Chicken kiev, baked spud, beans and coleslaw.

I'm having a marmite sandwich. Not really hungry

We had sausage and pepper hotpot. Kids hated it. I love stews and casseroles at this time of year but the kids are so fussy.

Pork lemon and thyme meatballs in a garlic tomato sauce made with fresh garlic, basil and Passata, pasta and garlic bread.

Leek, barley and Jerusalem artichoke soup with Derbyshire oat cakes, and tinned fruit salad

Hello fresh paneer dal pie. It was bloody lovely.

Fajitas with sweet potato fries on the side, been looking forward to them all day, they were worth the wait!

For Dinner, we will be having (him) lasagne with potato salad, for me chicken fillets in breadcrumbs with mashed potato and asparagus, green beans and baby corn. For pudding he is having cheesecake, I am having a small French apple tart with cream.

Left over vegan Pastitsio or bacon sandwiches with all the trimmings (including kimchee)

Chicken, mash, broccoli and gravy, needed to do something quick tonight.

We just had that very quick feta pasta recipe.

A 9 hour slow cooked morrocan lamb stew with aubergine. Thick, soft and hearty.

Chicken korma tonight!

Spag Bol from the freezer and Orzo pasta as OH managed to chuck the spaghetti down the sink

Sausage, mash and beans. Not very exciting but quick

All I know is... DH is visiting the fish & chip shop on the way home in about 20 minutes.

It will probably be cod, but he does sometimes go wild and get haddock

I tried out the tiktok boursin in the oven with tomatoes and garlic whilst the pasta cooks, plus fried mushrooms and wilted spinach.It was alright but not as nice as my usual creamy pasta I make. It didn't go like the videos, the boursin stayed in a lump.

Roasted duck legs, roasted carrots and onion, and mashed potatoes.

We had fish fingers chips and peas because clearly I'm 8 DH had gammon steak like a grown up 😂

Shepherds pie with lamb mince - yum!!

Currently on hols and had a massive burger at lunch time. Tea will be wine & crisps 😁

Quorn Meatballs, tomato and herb sauce with pasta. With some feta cheese on top and garlic bread on the side.

Depending on your preference it's either goat curry or mushroom curry.
