What are you having for Dinner tonight?

I have just got back from my second to last radiotherapy and ready to drop! Think I am just going to make pasta and sauce tonight.

Sounds like a good plan.
Veggie burgers, celeriac (thanks veg box) dauphinoise and spinach here.

Well done with nearly finishing your treatment. Tonight we’re having leftover beef stew and potatoes dauphinoise from yesterday with veg.

Jacket potato’s with cheese / coleslaw with a salad, veggie mushroom bake for me and breaded chicken for DD/DS/DH easy meal tonight

Left over chicken tikka and fries...good luck with your treatment x

We have either:
Griddled fillet steak
Griddled veg - asparagus, courgette, peppers
Steamed broccoli
Skin on oven chips &/or steamed potatoes with butter
Peppercorn sauce

Or

High tea
Grilled butchers sausages, bacon, black & white pudding, grilled herbed tomatoes,
Eggs fried in butter
Baked beans
Hash browns/ oven chips
Hot buttered white toast

Whichever we don't have tonight will be tomorrow's dinner

I cooked curry for the inlaws yesterday so we're having leftovers tonight.

Beef stew (it's in the slow cooker and smells gorgeous) with crusty bread.

Good luck with your treatment - salmon and penne pesto pasta here toddler DS has demanded it .

Thai green chicken curry here tonight!

@dingit that sounds delicious. Do you fry it all or bake ? Do you cook the potatoes first

We are having pork chops, mashed potatoes and veg.
Sticky toffee pudding and ice cream.

Lovely to be on the downward slope of treatment, I bet! Congratulations.

We're having homemade southern fried chicken, with homemade chips, coleslaw and corn on cob.

Korean dumplings followed by Thai red curry with prawns and cashews. Glass of red. Its a bank holiday here.

It was going to be leek, barley and Jerusalem artichoke soup but I forgot to turn it on, so it's tinned ravioli on toast.
