DH sent a message to remind me to put the rice on. I replied that I had and he replied to that with 👌.

I was a bit Shock as I thought it meant 'arsehole' but he thinks it means OK. Grin

Choice4567 · 21/10/2021 19:21

It’s means ok or perfect!! Why would it mean a-hole?!

H8H8H8 · 21/10/2021 19:22

It means OK 🤣🤣

mumsiedarlingrevolta · 21/10/2021 19:22

Chunkymenrock · 21/10/2021 19:22

FlibbertyGiblets · 21/10/2021 19:22

melonhead · 21/10/2021 19:22

Not the first time I've misinterpreted an emoji. I once got this one 💪 from my personal trainer while I was lying on my side and didn't have the rotate lock on so that I was looking at a 90 degrees rotated emoji. Tilt your head to the left to see what I saw. Shock

I’ve always thought it meant ok, or ‘perfect’ but I read a while ago that it’s used my right wing alt q anon nutters as well, to mean white supremacy?!

BlackAmericanoNoSugar · 21/10/2021 19:24

It means “spot on” or “ok”. Mind you, I’m saying that as someone who thought the aubergine 🍆 emoji was, well, an aubergine 🍆 Grin

clockover · 21/10/2021 19:25

Yeah that means OK

Where on earth did you get arsehole from Confused

MorrisZapp · 21/10/2021 19:25

Ok would be a thumbs up, thumb and finger ring means perfect.

Viviennemary · 21/10/2021 19:25

I thought it meant good. Kind of like thumbs up.

Nutrigrainygoodness · 21/10/2021 19:25

It means ok.

Just asked dd (12) and she said it means OK on its own but paired with a pointing finger 👉 it means arsehole or something 😂

LemonJuiceFromConcentrate · 21/10/2021 19:25

I’d think it was the same as the actual hand gesture, which in my mind is “perfect” but gets sort of blended with “okay/yes/got it”.

Arsehole makes sense I guess, in the way some other emoji have rude alternative meanings. Not seen it used like that though.
