Beef sausages, mash and broccoli for me and DH. Plus half a French stick for peckish DH.
Beef sausages £2.50 (2 packs for £5)
500g potatoes, 2.5kg was £1.50 so that's 30p
Broccoli, 70p
Bit of butter, 2 tbsps full fat milk, salt & pepper - no idea
Bread 60p (full thing was £1.20)
So that's £4.10 total, £2.05pp but there is a decent amount left

Tonight again we had a box meal - on a half price deal this week so £6 per meal for 3 people = £2 each. Salmon teriyaki, rice and sugar snap peas.

I also got a reduced blackberry and apple crumble and reduced pot of cream earlier at Waitrose for a Friday night treat - £2.59 + 55p / 3 = £1.05.

So the final tally is £3.05 per person.
