Would you do this ADHD diagnostic quiz and share your answer?

I've done this quiz which is meant to provide an estimate of whether you might have ADHD. It shouldn't be used for diagnosis, there are lot of caveats for it.

But I am thinking "but surely everyone does that" about a lot of the questions. I'd be really interested to get a range of answers from a range of people, if anyone is willing to share.

For what it's worth, I've done it twice on different days, scored 76 and 62. Their threshold for "possible ADHD" is 70+. I don't really believe anyone can score less than 50 and I'd be fascinated to know if I'm wrong.

I scored 90, I suspect already that I may have ADHD

71 for me. The older I get (52) the more I suspect I have undiagnosed spectrum tendencies but also I have definitely (unwittingly) developed coping mechanisms. I'm honestly sure whether it's worth going down the diagnosis route and whether it would make any difference.

I could have written that & I'm 52 as well.

I scored 44, but the more I read, the more I think I'm on the spectrum.

Though never sure how much age/menopause is affecting me💁🏻‍♀️

@scarpa I really did not mean to belittle the struggle that people who so have ADHD go through.

I think it's not helped by assessments taking place for people who should instead be offered support for their mental health.

The whole system needs overhauling!

I scored 79, not bern diagnosed with ADHD but my adult daughter has been diagnosed, so wouldn't be surprised, as we're similar in many ways.

Always have known I was on the spectrum somewhere and suspected ADHD but never diagnosed.
My son is autistic and has ADHD.

I don't really believe anyone can score less than 50 and I'd be fascinated to know if I'm wrong.
