I hope that she found comfort in the messages she received from fans since she made her diagnosis public last year.

I’m just shocked. I think she was so brave in talking openly about her condition. I was always hoping it would somehow go into remission . RIP Sarah 😢

I read a few weeks ago that she had made peace with the fact that last Christmas would be her final one Sad

Same age as my mother who died. It is very young and so very sad.
