I've had such a good day, despite worrying about how stressful it would be.

My catheter is out! I just have to wear incontinence pads and go every 4 hours to try and wee and train my bladder to go regularly

My IVA got accepted so I can stop worrying about debt and make one small monthly payment.

My cats entropion operation went smoothly and he's doing well at home, eating and drinking. Mostly eating because he's fat.

My new wheelchair is coming tomorrow. So I've gifted my old manual wheelchair to an elderly couple, the woman can't walk very far now as she's 87, and her husband had asked my auntie if she knew anyone selling a wheelchair. So she asked me and I said they could have it for free.

And I gifted my mobility scooter to the lollipop lady who needs a knee replaced. She's always been so kind to the kids, giving them sweets on the school run etc and I can't get into town or to appointment on the scooter (hence why I needed a wheelchair) as its too big to get on the bus. So I thought I'd pass on the generosity others have shown me and save her a few hundred quid. She was so moved bless her. Incredibly thankful and gave me a bag of sweeties for the kids.

So all in all a really good day. And you were right about the vast majority if what I asked 😆

@HerRoyalHappiness such good news all around...you've put out positive energy in the past and now you've been blessed immeasurable.... then you continued by paying it forward! And I imagine it was comforting to get the news from@UnlimitedChipsAndSalsa that it was all going to happen

@HerRoyalHappiness Wonderful news all around! And I guess I can confess now that of course I knew your wheelchair would come tomorrow, but I said 6 August so that you would be pleasantly surprised. 😉And it's so lovely of you to pass your equipment along to other people.

I actually have a very important question...my NDN is away on holiday for several weeks. He asked me to take in his post....
No problem...except I cannot locate the first batch that I took in.😭 It was a large batch with a small mailing box. I have scoured every inch of my garden, his garden, my SUV, my entire house, including the garage...no joy...he's supposed to be home next week.. whatever have I done with the stack? ( also checked every bin, the entire fridge freezer, oven, linen closet, under beds, loft, under bushes in his and my gardens, etc) I'm beginning to think a squirrel has run off with it for a joke 😭 help please, Oh Wise One!

@UnlimitedChipsAndSalsa why didn't you warn me that DD would end up.with an infected arm after her fall last week? She ended up in urgent care with my mum as they had no GP appointments until the end of August.
