I've had a letter from Santander to say I have q dormant Instant Saver account so I am heading into town to find out how much is in there.

Anyone want to help guess?

For background, I opened the account over 15 years ago and at that time was earning about £28k.

I drove a new car and saved up enough to travel the world, but what is left in this forgotten account.

Did I stash a cheeky grand. Or £100 to open it. Or is it empty or maybe containing £4.36.

I'm quite excited.

Fry in Futurama finds his old bank account and it has billions in, because he has been frozen for 1000 years.
Maybe not as much as that.

Husband has an account somewhere with 1p in it, every time he tries to close it "computer says no" so it stays open and they send letters every now and then telling him he has 1p.
