I’ve been through the menopause a few years back and have maintained my figure by eating less calories.
I’ve always been active and have never been overweight but as I’ve got older I need fewer calories.
I eat well and if I have a day where I have consumed a higher than normal amount of calories I am careful the next day.
I have never drink alcohol but friends who eat sensibly but do drink alcohol are thicker around the waist.
I do not deny myself anything, I just might not eat all of it!
