What’s for dinner?

I am totally out of ideas. Fucking bored bored bored of food and cooking it. What are you all having so I can copy your ideas?

Please no one mention take away. I would love to but budget won’t stretch!

Pork chop, homemade chips and hp sauce.

I feel your pain. We're having chicken Kiev from supermarket, oven chips and salad. Can't be bothered to be more inventive and the kids love it!

Its burgers, chips and salad for us tonight. Nice and easy

Spanish-ish style chicken with chorizo and wotnot. New potatoes. Haven't decided whether I fancy them boiled or roasted, yet. Something green on the side. Probably broccoli, as that's what I have that needs using soonest.

Garlic chilli chicken.

Of course, the boys won't touch it, so DS2 is having chicken thighs and oven chips (he doesn't like the texture of breast) and DS1 is having his regulation sausage sandwiches and a bowl of grapes. Got to love asd for making my life simple.

Nothing exciting. Just using up some stuff that's in the fridge, M&S Yakitori chicken skewers with roast vegetables(cauliflower, peppers, red onion and green beans) and some baby spinach. Strawberries and mango for dessert.

Fish cakes, potato rosti, peas with leeks and pancetta.

Really boring chicken goujons and salad. I can't actually "make" anything currently from scratch as I'm getting over COVID and can't smell or taste anything! It's a bloody nightmare and I wish my senses would return.

Nothing exciting but DS1 is off to camp for a fortnight so was asked what he wanted as his goodbye dinner and chose pasta pomodoro with grilled aubergines and garlic chicken on the side.

Boring tonight so probs won’t inspire anyone, but chilli made with turkey mince, rice and tortilla chips. Bit of cheese on top for them as wants it.

But no salsa or guacamole because I’ve no avocado or tomatoes.
