I know its not everything but its a lot when you don't have it

I totally understand. Both DH and myself work hard, but live month to month. The constant worry of something breaking and needing to be replaced is a bit miserable. I often wonder where we went wrong, really if you work hard you should be able to replace a washing machine for example. I dont want to be rich, just to be able to afford the basics. Yes too to crap mattresses and crap sleep!
