), this food volume will have weight to it, if you put it all on a scale how much do you think it would have weighed? Do you think you managed to poo it all out before you weighed? No! So your weight today may not be your lowest

also the more you lose the slower your weight loss will become and actually 2lb in a week is double what I would hope for. You're doing amazingly!
My ankle is still bad. I got an X-ray and they couldn't see anything so when I got back to the car I just cried as walking into minor injuries and out again caused me so much agony. I still think it's a stress fracture as they don't show on X-rays usually.
