Continuation of this thread. Welcome one and all.

I didn't realise you were on such low calories! I'm pretty small already and lose on 1500 calories. I think you'll feel better with more food in you my ankle is still bad. My physio thinks it's either the Achilles' tendon or the peroneal tendon, can't tell which due to all the swelling and pain but at least I'm getting some good advice now. I also have some crutches which will hopefully help.

Sorry to hear your arm is playing you up today. Have you heard any more news about it being treated? Glad you had the warmer weather. It's supposed to be nice here tomorrow.
Hi WreckTangled Sorry to hear of your ankle troubles too. I hope the crutches do help. How are you getting on with them? If it is a tendon, is there anything they can do? Glad you are at least getting somewhere with help with it!

I've got some exercises to do to help it hopefully and then just rest and time.

Oh now I would definitely wear those trainers! I’m sort of known round here for funky footwear and I’d love them! I like the IC Rudolph flats, I’d forgotten about them! I’m sure the nose lights up! But they are expensive! The bows are definitely cheaper!

@WreckTangled sorry to hear you’re still in pain. It’s just bloody awful when it’s relentless.

@73kittycat73 just waiting on my X-ray next week. Until then, nothing! Even my private physio has given up on me. Funnily enough, I’ve not been very good at doing my exercises lately - wondering if not doing them has actually helped?! I certainly noticed a difference hanging washing out today - I wasn’t howling as much!!

It must be frustrating having to rest up WreckTangled when you want to get out and exercise. Needs must though. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Checked out Irregular Choice PaperMonster, they have some lovely shoes. I might just stick with my gingerbread people slippers for Christmas day. I'll be in all day anyway, and why not in comfort? If not, I'll get those clip on bows. Saw a lovely Christmas deress advertised on Ebay but it had sold out by the time I'd got to it. Not surprised, it was lovely!
I'm glad your arm doesn't hurt as much today. You do wonder about these so call experts and their advice when it hurts more to do what they say!
It seems sunny outside today so am going to do some bits in the garden later, mainly in marigolds. I don't know what the birds do in their feeding station but I know they leave one hell of a mess! So I shall be elbow deep in soapy water later on cleaning it all. I hope everyone else has a wonderful day, and good luck with any goals you may have.

Hello all! Hope you have as lovely a sunny day as we have here.

I have some Christmas slippers! They’re like elf shoes with the turn up bit at the front, all fluffy and red though with a white trim like Santa. They come out on 1st December along with my Christmas earrings!! I’m tempted with the bows though!!

Off to hoover church shortly as there’s a wedding on today. It’ll be lovely and cool in there!! Then I don’t know what for the rest of the day - sit in the garden and read maybe!

Too hot, have had to come inside to cool down!

Bought some Not Cross Buns and bread buns last week from the Seriously Low Carb site and am being refunded the Not Cross Buns because they’re smaller than usual and don’t have an egg wash on them!

Yay on the Christmas slippers PaperMonster! It was very hot today here too. Was out in the garden (In the shade) most of the afternoon. Sorry to hear about your Not Cross Buns! Are they still edible?

My second day at eating 1400 cals, and I feel bad about it! Like I'm cheating or something and the weight will never come off. I'm weighing myself Monday, and will probably have a gain anyway because of the mid week binge-a-thon. Maybe weigh myself a week later to see if it's working (On 1400cals a day)?

It's so hot! We're going to pil's soon. The heat makes my sugar levels lower so I can eat all the food! Need it after last night and all the cava I consumed 🥴

Been roasting here today too! Makes me really sleepy when it’s weather like this!! Not done much at all today. Had a surprise visit from daughter’s friend who brought presents for both of us, so that was lovely!

Hi all. . Glad you didn't suffer a hangover then WreckTangled. 32?! I used to hate the summer and adore the winter, but as I've got older I really appreciate the sunny weather. I still don't like it too hot though. I was in the shade again all day yesterday but my arms have gotten sun burnt somehow. Hope you have another glorious day again today, and enjoy the heat.

I weighed in today. I need to blush. In one week I put on 5lb! I'm now 11st 8.2lb. lol I don't know why but I'm finding it quite funny. Probably to cover the embarrassment! Back on it today. Remaining chocolate to go back into my mums today.

Absolutely I bet it’s water. By crikey it’s been hot here again today. Last day of isolation for daughter. First official day of being jobless for me. Just pottered around the house, done ironing (in this weather!!) then sat in the back garden where it’s cool. A friend popped over late afternoon and answering the front door was like opening an oven door!! It was crazy!! @73kittycat73 my present was more silly earrings- am a bit obsessed!!!

We had sports day yesterday afternoon which was nice. I'm working until Thursday but it's pretty relaxed.
