Shame about the rain but I hope you enjoyed your latte instead.
At least you got some housework ticked off too, and a still a walk! You don't like taking it easy do you?
Those brownies sound delicious.
I do like a good brownie (Have you seen those ones on QVC, £24.00 for a box of twelve!
) Uuumm, cream... Love cream too. (Though I don't think I've ever tried clotted cream?) Courgette soup sounds delicious too. Good luck making your own.
Lol BorderlineHappy, rookie mistake.
Did either of you have cats before the likes of Frontline (Flea treatment.) came along? You used to have to rub this powder into the cats coat, leave for half an hour and then brush off. You had to be armed with towels and everything! We had one cat who abosloutely hated it. Armed ourselves with towels, garden gloves, oven mitts, and still everyone got scratched to ribbons! lol
Well, 'phoned the office up today, was told someone would be out to do the boiler so once again left the door open (So they can't use the excuse they knocked and no one answered. They've done that before.) and once again no one turned up. It's really taking the micky now. If I was late with my rent...
Anyway, on to happier things, my Christmas tree is up!
It's more out of practicalities really (And I haven't actually decorated it yet, but I have fluffed it out.). My flat is so small. I needed access to my wardrobe to get out a throw , and my bag of Christmas presents/advent bits/tree decorations was in the way. I decided the only way to get access was to sort all the items, wrap and put the presents under the tree, so the tree needed to come out...I have moved the bag of Christmas to the front room but I can't sort it all out yet as I'm worried when someone eventually does come to fix the boiler, they will be in the way, as I will have to sort each persons present into a pile, advent items into a pile, etc. I need to win the Lottery and buy a big house! lol
