We went camping, there was a huge storm, he packed up his car and left me with 3 children, a huge tent to take down and everything still to pack in the lashing rain and wind because 'his stuff was packed'. I was still there an hour later and a man from a neighbouring tent couldn't even believe he had gone and just left me to struggle on my own.

I knew my marriage was over when he ?accidentally? copied me in to an email he sent to another woman. He signed off to her with "ciao you hot babe". Having an affair is bad enough but that cheesy comment was truly boak inducing.

When he got drunk and urinated in the sink all over our 2 year olds plates and cutlery. I was shoved, kicked and gas lighted and knew it was time to go

When he sat me down for an hour and picked apart my appearance from head to toe in detail then at the end said my only good feature was that Iv a decent personality👍

He spat in my face, strangled me, headbutted me and gave me concussion, smashed up the house, disappeared for days on end with my bank card, pulled the car out of gear at 70 on the motorway, left me to find my own way home from the hospital after a major operation, and had a secret drink and class A drug habit. To my shame I was too terrified to leave, had no support and nowhere to go. I'd probably still be stuck in that situation now except he fell off a pushbike without a helmet, hit his head and died. His friends and (adult) children still have no idea how he treated me and everyone still thinks the sun shone out of his backside.

Never saw or spoke to him again, despite desperate phone calls asking what he’d done wrong. Huge relief, as he was a giant asshole.

When he told me over the phone,a week after we had buried my mom that he had met simeine whilst on his break away and fallen head over heels. Lying toad. Was a shock but soon realised I was well rid. Shame I was in debt to tune of probably 4k as a result. Ass wipe🙄🤣

When I started to attend more family events and medical appointments for myself and my children without him.

When he didn't enjoy nights out with just me and liked it better when others were present, even when I wasn't there.
