I have contacted them through their website so will definitely come back and let you know what they say. I have the offending item in a sealed packet in case somebody demands actual evidence!!

it looks very much like a rabbits cecal dropping , but im sure that would be impossible to have gotten into a jar of sauce !

And this, dear reader, is why you should always try the 'pop' on the top of the jar - if it pops, air/water has got in and the respiration of 'mould' may be happening.

Years ago we found what looked like walnut whips in our hotel room on a nature reserve in Bulgaria, that was until the spiders hatched out of them and then we found the mum (presume she had eaten the dad as was very fat and alone)
