If you're a runner how do you carry your phone?

Fed up of holding my phone in my hand!

What are my options? I've seen those armband things, don't they slip down?

I also need space for my car keys as I sometimes drive to the park to run.

Leggings with thigh pockets 😁

Leggings with a side pocket, but I don’t know if that would be great for car keys. I’ve used a bumbag type thing when I needed to carry keys - you can get very slim running ones so they don’t bounce around.

I leave it at home

I only take iPod but I do hold that in my hand

Either a little bumbag or in my leggings back pocket.

Running belt.

Flip Belt. Expensive but good, except when v hot weather, then they get sweaty.

Have also seen leggings and a few tops with zip pockets.

Dislike arm bands!

My leggings have a pocket on the thigh big enough for my phone and a zipped pocket at the back that fits my car key.

I did used to use an armband and it was fine - but phones are MASSIVE now so it might get in the way a bit.

Leggings with a thigh pocket and a small zip pocket in the back for keys = sorted (such as Sweaty Betty Power leggings - amazing and last for years but they are ££, you can usually find a 20% off code)

Flipbelt. Tempted to get a freetrain but my flipbelt has been with me a long time and I feel unfaithful 😂

I hadn't thought of leggings with pockets! I think I prefer that to a bum bag. Where's the best place to look for leggings?

I have a belt type bag from sweaty Betty with a zip up pocket which works really well. Put my house key in it too

Since I got bluetooth headphones (after shokz - love 'em). I bung my phone in the back pocket of my leggings.

My bulky house keys fit in there too.

When I was still using wired headphones I had an armband it was OK but did slip down a little bit.

I just bought some running leggings from Next with thigh pockets and they're brilliant! So much better to not be carrying my phone and the pockets hold it securely, so it isn't bouncing around 😊

I use a running - I want to say belt, but it's more like a harness - from a company called FreeTrain. It's also got a little zip pocket on the shoulder for keys and a pouch on the other shoulder which I think is meant to be for a gel but I find it far too small so never use that section.

BUT it's fab and I couldn't be without it now.

Marks and Spencers do leggings with a side pocket for your phone and a back zipped pocket for keys. Theyre not too expensive

Armband for phone and keys.
Zip pocket in leggings for bank and ID cards.

I leave it at home - I am a road runner so not off road so if anything happens am nearer enough civilisation to try and get help (hopefully)
