If you're a runner how do you carry your phone?

Fed up of holding my phone in my hand!

What are my options? I've seen those armband things, don't they slip down?

I also need space for my car keys as I sometimes drive to the park to run.

I just bought some running leggings from Next with thigh pockets and they're brilliant! So much better to not be carrying my phone and the pockets hold it securely, so it isn't bouncing around 😊

Leggings with a back pocket. Take a single key and a phone. These ones do the trick

I’ve carried an iPhone 6+ with no problem!

Sweaty Betty power leggings. Back and side pocket. Holds the biggest iPhone too.

I have sweaty Betty leggings with a thigh pocket.

Leggings from decathlon which have a large thigh pocket.

Like others, leggings with a pocket. I get my leggings from either Tikiboo or Sturdy by Design. Not cheap, but good quality.

For long runs I have either a bum bag or one of those backpacks. I also need food and water with them.

Armband but mine stays up.

Do the leggings hold an iPhone 11 securely?

In my sports bra. I have a little pocket on the back of my leggings where I zip a house key. I use wireless earphones and love them as I no longer have to adjust wires.

I don’t like the leggings with a pocket. Most of my leggings are SB with those pockets at the side and it always feels like the phone is too heavy and the leggings are slipping down - they’re not actually slipping much but I find it a really annoying sensation. I just want to focus on the running and not be thinking about my clothing

Flip belt - best ever, put everything in it. If they get sweaty just chuck them in the wash obvs

I've got two pairs of these which have the thigh pocket and love them. Have the 3/4 length ones, haven't yet tried the full length but planning to buy some when it gets colder again

A flip belt, or inside my bra.

Arm bands can rub over long distances. Pocket or bumbag is much better!

They are the ones I have, but in black. They have two deep thigh pockets and a little pocket in the waistband. They are high waisted and have a little draw string for the waist. Only had them a week, but so far, so good ☺️

Armband - but rubs in summer if wearing sleeveless top. Mine has pocket for single key and doesn't slip.

I wear a small running backpack. It's comfortable, light and carries my phone, keys and some water, and I can squish an extra layer in if i get too warm mid-run and need to take off my jacket.

Bum pocket on leggings, a bumbag, or in extremis, down the side of my bra. Moist but effective.

My leggings are from Lucy Locket Loves. They have a great back pocket, but I do have to take my phone out of its case so it fits in the pocket.

Bumbag has been a game changer for me! My favourite brand of outrageously bright leggings do matching bumbags for each pattern too, which makes me happy 🙃
