My mum reckons most people will be watching BBC. What are you watching? BBC for me and my mum (separate homes)

korawick12345 · 17/04/2021 14:48

i can't imagine having to do all this in public and for the cameras.

flyingtartar · 17/04/2021 14:48

BBC.

BBC here. Who is in the car with the queen?

HouseofWindsor · 17/04/2021 14:49

Yes Charles does look distraught

Andrew looks shifty.

Doilooklikeatourist · 17/04/2021 14:49

BBC and tears in my eyes already ( and they haven’t even got to the chapel yet )
❤️💐to the Queen

I was just thinking that.

DameEdnasNeighbourhoodWatch · 17/04/2021 14:50

Think camilla in car with queen ?

persistentwoman · 17/04/2021 14:50

Her Lady in Waiting in the car - Lady Susan Hussey

Tupperwarelid · 17/04/2021 14:50

BBC

Her Lady in waiting

Eggsley · 17/04/2021 14:51

Think it's the Queen's lady in waiting in with her. Charles looks distraught. Don't know how they all keep it to together. I'd be a mess.

korawick12345 · 17/04/2021 14:51

i think it is one of her ladies in waiting with her in the car

@ScienceSensibility

BBC. Always the national broadcaster for important occasions.

It has to be said that we Brits do a great ceremonial occasion. The standard of the military units I’ve seen so far is exemplary.

The timing is fantastic.

The attention to detail is admirable, and what a way to show respect to a man who has been a significant part of British life for so long.

So very well said. And I'm feeling emotional too. Watching the procession behind the Defender reminds me of when Princes William and Harry had to walk behind their mother's coffin, only this time it is behind someone who has lived his (long) life.
korawick12345 · 17/04/2021 14:51

hard for william and harry as last time they had to do this was their mother's funeral i think

Pearlywunzel · 17/04/2021 14:51

Does anyone know why it's only the men (plus Princess Anne) walking in the procession? Where are all the grand daughters: Zara, Beatrice, Eugenie, Louise?

beeny · 17/04/2021 14:52

ITV

DameEdnasNeighbourhoodWatch · 17/04/2021 14:52

Andrew does look shifty !!!! Totally agree

Allthefilmsarecrap · 17/04/2021 14:52

I was wondering that too @Pearlywunzel

DameEdnasNeighbourhoodWatch · 17/04/2021 14:52

Awww the queen 😥😥😥

Eggsley · 17/04/2021 14:53

@Pearlywunzel I think it's her children and then William and Harry as they are Charles' sons and have served in the military?

ineedaholidaynow · 17/04/2021 14:53

The poor Queen

Myexisadick · 17/04/2021 14:53

How very sad for a little old lady to be so alone at a time like this. She looks so small

Doilooklikeatourist · 17/04/2021 14:53
