What is your favourite jam?

I love damson jam 😋 My absolute favourite as I love the tanginess. I don't have a particular preference of brand but I have bonne maman at the moment.

I made rhubarb and ginger last year that was delicious - all that time thinking I had made too much and we are just getting to the end of it now in time for the crops to grow again!

Also love making black currant jam, gooseberry jam and raspberry jam. Once you make them yourself, the shop bought stuff doesn't taste right!

(And I'm really crap at cooking too! I wish I had learnt jam making sooner!)

Space Jam is my first but Hartleys seedless (any flavour) is my second. I didn’t know rhubarb jam was a thing, I need it in my life.

Hawkshead Raspberry and Vanilla jam.

Also have a jar of Strawberry Daquiri jam in the cupboard - not opened yet!!!

It's delicious and makes quite a nice side dish for cheese too weirdly!

I'm more of a marmalade person. Bought some lemon and lime today.

If curd and marmalade are allowed, then lime curd, lemon curd, or lime marmalade

Apricot is my favourite, but I used to like homemade gooseberry jam when I was a kid. Not had in 20 odd years so don’t know if I still like it!
