I know. I work in for the Environment Agency in the area. I am very familiar with the massive flood defences, and the constant battle we have to fund their maintenance.

That's a lot of house for 700k.

Disappointed in lack of floor plan.

Like the rooms and sizes and light etc but I would definitely have to redecorate some of it!

It's been dressed for sale and I bet it is very damp. The bathrooms and kitchens are new(ish) and approach stylish but I would scream "money-pit!" no offence intended...

Very interesting place, but it needed more work than we wanted to take on - plus it’s very close to the Trent, as has already been mentioned. Still, someone has done a lot of work on it since we viewed it.

According to the link someone posted, the trampoline is OVER the SWIMMING POOL!

So move trampoline and open up the pool and you have a huge pool with balcony in the middle of your house!
