It was up for sale in 2017 for £275, they then applied for change of use and it's now classified as a housing and redecorated from care home chic to what it is now a holiday let. It's seems to have gone back and forth between hotel and care home a few times through planning.

Did he send it because you are looking to buy? And if so, do you like it? It looks nice from outside but some of the interior is too much for me...but that is just personal style/taste. I would prefer not to pay for expensive/fancy interiors which are not to my taste...I think I'd be better suited to an older rundown fixer-upper. Happy househunting!

Given that you only get a 3 bed semi round here for that price, I almost had a serious moment where I thought the two adult DC and partners, DH and I, for less than £250k each, could have 5 or 6 bedrooms for each couple. I don’t think we’d be in danger of getting under each other’s feet! You can barely get a flat round here for 250k.
