I'm not sure I want to know the answer, but is anyone able to translate some teen slang for me?

I just saw that a bloke has posted on DD's Instagram 'jumpers fire my guy'. I've not really been able to work it out but the little I have found has made my heart sink. She's 20, so an adult but has made some very poor decisions in the last year which make me think she can be a bit vulnerable.

Anyone able to translate for me?

Fire = nice/awesome

My guy = Dude/friend

Same as saying "awesome jumper!"

But I am very uncool.

I think for your own sanity you should just scroll past and not read the comments or unfollow her. My dd is 18 so I know it’s difficult but honestly you’ll drive yourself crazy like this. Half the time it’s all stupid banter anyway.

I think jumper means something else in America. Is he American?

Some kind of all-in-one garment maybe.

I do think there is usually merit in doing that, but I have a fairly low opinion of this boy, and I think he has taken advantage of her in the past. I'm trying to work out whether to raise some things with her or not.

Hopefully that wouldn't be what he was talking about on her Insta, but I have a pretty low opinion of him.

It means your jumpers good. I know urban dictionary says jumpers is someone who likes giving oral sex but I have never seen or heard that. And that wouldn't make sense in the context of the sentence

A few different shots, almost all with other people. In some of them I've just seen that she is wearing a jumper, but you would have to look hard to notice that.

Was she wearing revealing clothes? Could it be a joke, like your cold? Or you should cover up? Not saying this is right but it makes more sense

Half the stuff on urban dictionary is nonsense that no one actually uses in that context.

Googling ‘jumper urban dictionary’ doesn’t bring up anything about oral sex either

It just means they like her jumper. Jumper can also mean jumpsuit or a pinafore style dress.

One dress is very short, and she does look a bit cold. The other pics are nothing revealing.

Ok, I'm going to go with the majority and assume that he has noticed her jumper and likes it.

And try to sabotage them ever meeting again
