I know there will be a lot of you out there holding Nanzanin in your thoughts today as she is due back in court. Let’s all hope (and pray, if that’s your thing) for the right outcome.

I cannot believe they let her ‘out’ only to be summoned back again. It’s incredibly cruel. I will be watching with interest.

It’s heartbreaking how she’s been used as a pawn by the Iranians. It’s kidnapping for ransom basically. Terrible.

Thinking of Nazanin today. What that woman has been put through is chilling. Please let today be the beginning of the end of her nightmare.

Shocking that the embassy declined to attend. She is yet another woman that has been let down horribly by this government, and with evidence of torture too. What does it take for this government to act?

Will be hoping for her complete freedom today.

I don’t understand why the embassy declined to attend. Why aren’t they fighting harder for her release? She’s being used as a political pawn. It’s horrifying.

Nazanin Zaghari-Ratcliffe needs continuing high level govt and diplomatic support that actually means something, not the odd bit of hand-wringing while Iran carries on its unacceptable behaviour towards a British woman.

Another one refreshing news sites waiting to hear.The poor woman's nerves must be beyond shredded, I am horrified (but not surprised) they are doing this to her.

I'm ashamed at the way the government have dealt with this.

I am ashamed of our government today. Unless the embassy were banned from attending in some way.
I don't know how she is still functioning. I would be broken by all of this. She is amazing, her whole family are amazing.

I'm thinking of her but without any real hope. If it was a real legal process she'd have been found innocent the first time.

Yes, I've had her in the back of my mind all week, really hoping for a good outcome but also fearful this might not be the case

I think about her a lot and am not especially hopeful.
I think possibly some kind of publicity stunt ahead of releasing her? I really hope so
I am totally wound up every time Jeremy hunt comes on and says government must do xyz. He was Foreign sec for quite a while or her imprisonment and IIRC didn’t do much at all to sort it out.

Boris Johnson may as well have thrown her in jail himself. Poor woman and her poor daughter.
