It was expected the Queen would issue LP’s same as she did for Charlotte and Louie.

Also the discussion to change the LP’s about grandchildren when Charles becomes King is a big change.

People who have an agenda to hate Meghan will obviously automatically say that every word out of her mouth is lies.

What will they say when Harry joins her? Will they say that Harry is a liar too?

And people who have an agenda to blindly support MM will automatically believe every word she says.

And people with no agenda have no clue who is lying about what or WTF really happened in any of those palaces.

I’m not doubting what Meghan is saying is true. I’m just not sure I’d be saying it if I was in her position. If it’s true, Harry should be the one calling HIS family out. It’s just awful.

@Kinsters Meghan's kids would have got upgraded when it's Charles as Monarch though. I think she wanted letters issued as were done for Kate's kids (though they're direct line of succession)

I think the difficulty here is that Meghan's misinformed, Harry's thick as two planks, and the family weren't willing to inform and had an idea about her already.

This is so reminiscent of Diana, people will see her in the same way and she will grow in popularity immeasurably and become iconic as a result.

The first ever mixed-race blood royal, the child of two of the most famous people in the UK, who within a few years will be the King's grandson, is very clearly at huge risk and it would be extremely unsafe for him not to have security.

Comparing Archie to Zara's children is ludicrous - how many people could even name Zara's child or children? (I don't even know how many kids she has.)

Terribly concerned about whether Archie is called Prince or not, but hates the RF and the restrictions it places upon them. Why then would she want him to be a Prince?

Ok the facts.

If you are the grandson/daughter of a reigning monarch you inherit the title of Prince/Princess only if your lineage comes from the male line.

This is why the toe rag Andrew's daughters are princesses.

Edward and Sophie's children are entitled to be prince/princess but as parents they declined.

Princess Anne's children were not entitled to be P's because she is female. The Queen offered to make them royal but Anne said no thanks.

William and Catherine's first child is a prince because he's a direct heir to the throne.

His siblings were "made" princes/Princess by the Queen to keep them "equal" but they would have had this status anyway when their grandfather- Charles became King - as would Harry's children.

It's been reported that the Queen offered to make Archie royal but it was declined by his parents.

That said when Charles is King their children become royal unless they decline it at adulthood.

Because one of the reasons it was done for William’s children was so they didn’t have a random change of title down the line.

Also, whilst Charles wants to slim the monarchy it was expected that that would be his children and his grandchildren.

But you are not comparing like for like.

Meghan directly explicitly said Kate reduced her to tears, and that Kate later apologised.

Kate has never come out and said "Meghan made me cry."

The detail about the flowers is key because it's an admission of guilt. It's very unlikely Meghan just invented a fake story about flowers.

Like I said, let's wait and see whether KP issue an official denial the way they did over the Kate hair extensions story, if KP lead a "sources close to Kate say..." the way they did yesterday, or if they ignore it and we just get a wave of "Will and Kate are saddened but are remaining out of it" articles."

I think I would just be focusing on a new life, a healthy little boy and another baby on the way, lovely home, lots of money, strong loving marriage, her mum with her for support. I don’t think I would want the stress of all this especially when pregnant, I would just put the well-being of my immediate family first at that point.

But then I wouldn’t be planning on any sort of global role that demanded a certain reputation, they seem to want very much to be public figures. That sort of major global role and fame seems essential to them.

Even still not sure this sort of thing will help with it.

@GoLightlyontheEarth lack of 'protection' and not seeing a way out of not being protected I think. She's unclear on what protection she wanted but she has said she wished they'd have made statements against rumours that were untrue when they were willing to lie for others.

@DeRigueurMortis Meghan has just said that they were told Archie wouldn’t be titled, and that changes were being made so he wouldn’t be when Charles is King.

She categorically denied that he was offered the title.
