Just being served nice food and wine. We're vegetarian so choose where we go but we just enjoy having food cooked for us and served to us and no washing up.

A well mixed cocktail.

Place near me does THE most amazing pan fried garlic prawn starter, so that, followed by the lamb rump main with black pudding mash and gorgeous buttery greens, then strawberry and granola panna cotta, washed down with a bottle of dark red wine.

Ohhhh wait, I forgot the other starter that's so good there. It's a beetroot cured salmon thing with picket beetroot ribbons and goats cheese mousse. I have missed this place so so much.

To be honest, we all will wish to be first on the waiting list. I expect some people will multi book tables over several nights to fill their boots.

A day of not having to think about and cook food.

There’s a lovely vegetarian bistro near us that hasn’t been open since first lockdown as the layout meant social distancing was totally unfeasible. Gutted as good restaurants are in short supply round here.

I'm looking forward to going to a Vietnamese place in dalston, they do the best salt and pepper tofu.

Also love the food at this Turkish place near work, they give you this smoky bread and this roasted onion sauce and it's amazing.

Lol! A big part of it is that my DP is a VERY picky eater with several medical issues related to digestion - he is very apologetic of this and always appreciative when I cook for him. But when we go to this place he devours EVERYTHING and it's really good to see him so full and happy! :D
