I live with my DH and have been working from home throughout. I donβt really leave the house apart from a walk to the park or the corner shop.
I havenβt seen my friends since last August and havenβt seen my family since last September.
Weirdly, I havenβt put on any weight in the past year, but I have a killer sweet tooth and my BMI is 29.9.
Iβm planning to meet my parents for a walk in the park on the 29th March and then see my friends in April, so that gives me four weeks to blitz my diet and get some daily workouts in! πͺπ»
Iβd love to lose half a stone. Anyone else?!
