Obviously we buy other things as well but these are bought every week.

This is also different to things we always have in the house such as rice, pasta, cereal, tinned tomatoes, tea.

We buy chicken and other meat when it is on sale or during the occasional trip to Costco. We get organic eggs from them too.

Weekly we buy mostly fresh, such as milk, coffee cream, veggies such as broccoli and butternut squash. I do use Amazon for things that DH will struggle with in the shops. He is older than me but I am more clinically vulnerable. Here Amazon has a good selection of staples. Today they delivered tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes.

I am looking forward to summer when our farmer's markets open.

We have a bulk food place nearby that has coped with the pandemic by allowing us to email orders. We buy things like stonegroundu whole flour and other flours or grains from him. I cope with isolation by learning about and baking breads etc.
