What groceries do you buy every single week?

Bread
Milk
Oat milk
Apple juice
Cheddar cheese
Ham
Apples
Bananas
Satsumas/easy peelers
Carrots
Broccoli
Potatoes

Obviously we buy other things as well but these are bought every week.

This is also different to things we always have in the house such as rice, pasta, cereal, tinned tomatoes, tea.

These without fail. We would always have rice and pasta in - so probably once a month I buy another couple of bags of each in a big shop. We have a huge sack of potatoes, always. So once a month I'll replace that. There are always tinned tomatoes, coconut milk and lots of different spices in.

I look at that and realise that our meals look limited - but they are genuinely not. We would probably eat some kind of chicken dish and some kind of mince dish twice a week, but I would probably only cook each one once a month at most. On top of this we would perhaps have a veg risotto one night, fish or pork or beef one night. But chicken and mince are the cheapest things to eat and we would eat those every single week.

Milk, Greek yoghurt and a small wheel of Brie.

Everything else is variable. I always buy fresh fruit and veg, some sort of bread for lunches and meat but it always varies on the exact items.

Out of season in this country, yes.

I am not proud of myself but I buy out of UK season fruit all year round - from South Africa, America etc

Lots of other things we buy in larger quantities e.g. every 3-4 weeks but those are the staples we use a lot of & which don’t keep (or we have no room to store e.g. lactose free milk - I buy at least 6 cartons a week, or more if on offer). Meat / fish / other fruit & veg - varies depending on the meals we have planned for the week.
