Soaps are just full of people arguing, having affairs and committing crimes and are nothing like real life

Some illnesses should not be treated as it’s not in the best interests of the person and their quality of life is shit

You shouldn’t find out the sex of your baby before the birth, it’s nice to have a surprise after all the efforts of labour

This will be unpopular on here, but I love Blackpool and have been there many times on holiday. You can keep your Centre Parcs, give me a bag of chips and an amusement arcade and I'm happy.

Dogs are not children. Yes they are very much part of a family and are loved, but they are a pet not a child and that also means you do not have furbabies and you are not a doggy mama (or whatever word you use). Same with cats.

I'd like my husband to earn more than me so I could stop working.

There's absolutely no need to shower every day.

There's also absolutely no need to change bed sheets every week (let alone every day) unless you're a smelly, sweaty person.

Slim people are really irritating. I hate reading posts with terrible spelling and/or punctuation. Children are overrated. Marriage is overrated. Alcohol and coffee are overrated. There are too many people in the country. Mobile phones should only be for over 16s.

These threads always end in hurt feelings. I luckily don't give a fuck if skinny dickheads online think they are better than someone larger than them. So that's my controversial unpopular opinion: whilst being a healthy weight has its plus points being a skinny judgey twat doesnt make you better than anyone else.
