How long does the Xmas turkey last and how many meals /person do you get ?

My DGreat Gran's turkey that she got on special offer in 1897 due to it being Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee is still going strong in our family.
We think we may get another 10 years worth of Xmas meals from it possibly 15 if we're a bit less generous with the helpings.

Is a Cheese, Spinach & Coleslaw sandwich with celery & tomatoes on the side, a packet of Haribo Tangtastics & a bottle of Cava a balanced & healthy meal for a grown adult?

I would add a packet of maltesers ,aboiled egg and a pickled onion than it would be perfectly balanced
