I'm just looking up the weather forecast as I know how to enjoy myself.

Says sleet and a moderate breeze high of 4 low of -3.

I'm now going on the village facebook.

I've just woken up, usually I put the light on/check phone/go to the loo/look at weather/get a cup of tea (not in that order). I don't need to check the weather, it's warm and I can hear the rain.

DD just has a bottle so I'm awake too @Frownette .,
No rain here though, just wind...

@halfpasteleven it was really windy here yesterday but seems to have passed. My hair is lightweight so literally stands up on end, if I catch a glimpse of myself in shop windows it's perpendicular. I need the hair equivalent of weights in the hem of your skirt to keep it down. How old is DD?

I am also awake and have checked the forecast again just because I can. I also checked it for where we used to live - heavy snow.

I also did a 10 mins abs workout video which is my annual exercise done.

The cat howled at about 2am - DH said she had no reason to howl as she had food and cuddles a minute before but she continued and DD saw her and said that cat didn't have food anymore. So DH was her hero and went down and gave her a big tin of tuna.

I've been watching 90 day fiance as I accidentally subscribed to DiscoveryPlus for a year. It didn't warn you to cancel.

I have 7 change of addresses to do though I may do Royal Mail redirect as well.

Is the house situation nearly resolved? As far as I could gather you are selling a place but trying to renovate new place? Are the chickens well?

I have to work out why I was in such a bad mood last night. There wasn't a major reason why I would have been, I had a healthy meal, spoke to three friends when I got back in the evening, nice conversations, felt snappy at everything else then went to bed. Hormonal and windswept perhaps.

We are selling our old house that we renovated before putting it on the market - we have already moved to a new house. We had a new thatched roof and chimney on the new house but it doesn't need work inside, we just need to sort all the things we've brought over from old house - we may do improvement work when our sale completes which hopefully will be in a couple of weeks or so. I have 7 companies left to tell we have moved to this address, there was about 40 to start with.

The silkies are fine and very happy in their new home.

I just had a pineapple juice.

Well, you're nearly there. It can be a bit fraught with moving.

Morning all! I woke up to the cosy sound of rain on the roof, and my sweet-faced little cat has just hopped on the bed.

It will probably be gone by noon, but snow!!!!

Nothing to report here yet, I’ve had a lie in so am just about to get up now. DH gets one tomorrow morning.

Ooh, snow!

Massive tractor just came round the corner. Luckily it did not take out my garden wall.

Another dull, wet locked down weekend here. I pushed the boat out and had a smoked salmon, dill and marscapone omelette for breakfast, all stuff that needed eating up. The smoked salmon was the cheapo trimmings pack from Sainsburys, so not nearly as grand as it sounds.

I left it too late to get an online grocery delivery or collection slot so I’ll have to go to the shops later for food to tide us over until our delivery later in the week.

In the meantime Sodding just picked my lap for his morning nap 😄 so I’ll have to watch TV and mess around on MN. 🤷

That's a lot of snow you have there, your snow creature reminds me of Alf. I used to love Alf despite him eating cats.
