I would say
Talking on public transport , wish they would be quiet.

smoking while pregnant/pushing a pram.

Chewing with their mouth open
Littering
Having children/pets and then complaining about having to look after them

Toddlers with a bottle of Coke.
Smoking whilst pushing a pram/pregnant.
Pushy parents.

Kids sat in the trolley....

Smoking when pregnant. As an ex smoker whp quit the day I found out with both pregnancies (and never went back after DD2) I cannot understand how anyone could knowingly put their unborn child at risk by smoking.

Patents giving their baby to grandparents overnight at a very young age ie 4 weeks

Spitting.

Mochs.

Starting judgy threads.

Being late to pick their kids up from school.
Just cos you dropped them off twenty minutes late this morning (also meaning they've missed the start of the lesson) doesn’t mean you can then be twenty minutes late to collect them.
I’ve got my own children to pick up as do others, we’re not free childcare.

Parents putting red bull in their kids school packed lunches.

Giving in to children who whine of are behaving badly.

These always end well...

People who put their children in nursery full time from a very young age

People who’ve been in a relationship for 5 minutes deciding to have children...

(... On the subject of mums smoking, I had to attend the hospital a few months back & whilst waiting outside I witnessed two different newborns being placed into their cars, shut in, then both parents lit up... rancid behaviour)

Parents who smoke around their children
Parents who let their babies at a young age stay overnight with relatives to "have a break"
Parents who swear in front of the children
People who listen to loud music in public with no headphones

Using Ubers
Ordering deliveroo or Uber eats every day
Poor spelling and/or grammar
Not having any books
