What's on your Christmas cheeseboard?

With one week to go I am starting to curate our festive cheese selection. So far we have

Soft goats cheese with cranberries and cinnamon
Pecorino
Danish blue
Applewood smoked cheddar
Brie
A really sharp cheddar which makes your face pinch

What's on yours?!

Devon Blue
St Agur
Stilton
Brie
Garlic Cornish Yarg
Boursin
Cheddar truckle( would have been Black Bomber but at £7 had to be strong and make do with Lidl)
Red Leicester and pepper
Wensleydale and cranberry
Quince paste
Grapes

A Camembert to bake

The cheese went down well apart from the Cheshire Blue. I like blue cheese, but this bore no relation to any Cheshire cheese I know and was awful. It was closest to Shropshire Blue but with no subtlety and very strong in an unpleasant way. I wouldn't buy it again - Stilton would have been much better.

The French cheese in a little basket from M&S - Le Petit Tentation - was unremarkable.

I strongly recommend Brillat Savarin.

We don't mention the Christmas cheeseboard.

First of all they had no Baron Bigod and we chose a substandard (IMO) Brie de Meaux, that aside we did a lovely cheeseboard, put it on the coffee table and a little later we went to the breakfast room to play a protracted game of Monopoly.

Lets just say best fed dog in the Home Counties, he had the lot including the butter out of the dish.

His name was changed for two days to oh its you is it, you the cheese snaffler.

I can't tell you what the Savarin tasted like but the dog could if he could talk.
