We are having chicken enchiladas.

Tomorrow we are having this - www.allrecipes.com/recipe/231282/hearty-italian-meatball-soup/

One of the best things you will ever eat in your life. :)

Steak pie, from the butchers. (Wish I'd got the steak and kidney tho)

With a load of veg......probably mashed Swede, sweet potato & carrot. Sprouts, broccoli and cabbage.

And gravy!

Ital stew with rice and peas and jamaican dumplings if my husband reads his text and brings home a tin of coconut milk. If he doesn't then it'll be a mish mash of something from the freezer and baked sweet potatos.

ChristmasRedSpottyScarf · 12/11/2020 13:39

Oh i am seriously drooling (and googled Ital stew which i have never had before).

I love hearty winter, warming dishes.

Mushroom stroganoff, although I make no claims to authenticity.

justleavemebe · 12/11/2020 13:46

Takeaway. Not sure which one though yet.

borageforager · 12/11/2020 13:47

Fish cakes, veg, salad. Just peeling the potatoes now.

spagbog5 · 12/11/2020 13:47

Soy, ginger and garlic salmon with rice and green beans for us but I don't really fancy it Confused

Gancanny · 12/11/2020 13:50

Slow cooker bolognese today.

Rest of the week is a pick list of Chinese flavour belly pork with vegetable fried rice, filo pastry chicken kievs, and corned beef pie.

TheBestSpoon · 12/11/2020 13:51

Beef stew (from the freezer, yay for past me doing some batch cooking!), homemade potato wedges, peas and broccoli. I just had lunch but I'm hungry already...

HollyandIvyandallthingsYule · 12/11/2020 13:52

Today we’re having pork goulash. Tomorrow we’re having tomato-less pizzas with chicken and courgette and plenty of garlic, and the day after we’re having chicken curry (don’t know what exact dish yet).

Inextremis · 12/11/2020 13:59

Irish stew (though with beef, not lamb) with proper suet dumplings. It's already cooking, and smelling good!

TheMethodicalMeerkat · 12/11/2020 14:00

Veggie cannelloni with salad and garlic bread.

HollyandIvyandallthingsYule · 12/11/2020 14:05

The meatball soup sounds nice. I quite often make a double quantity of Italian meatballs so I can make that sometime with the leftover portion!

BearSoFair · 12/11/2020 14:13

Chicken and chorizo risotto
