Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Not a healthy day.

French toast, a box of mint matchsticks (yes a whole box) bacon &mushroom risotto, 2 x tim hoentons donuts, half a chocolate orange and half a big bag of walkers sensations.

B: porridge with jam
L: peanut butter chilli chickpea dip thing (like hummus only with pb instead of tahini), with a few (4?) rice cakes and some cucumber sticks.
D: pasta with spinach, broccoli, and cheese sauce.
Evening glass of elderflower cordial (despite the name I'm teetotal atm so that's my equivalent)
I've run out of milk so vaguely considering what to eat for breakfast tomorrow.

Lunch: Ham, cheese, onion & pepper omelette
Dinner: Lamb kofta with flatbread, onion salad & raita

Snack: ginger nut biscuits
Lunch: egg roll
Snack: cream cheese, crackers and tomatoes
Dinner: spaghetti with home made tomato and veg sauce
Mince pie

Must eat more fruit and veg tomorrow

L.Bigmac meal and fries followed by a smartie mcflurry and a coke.
D.None.
Snack I ate a noughat bar(thanks to my very lovely DH)and drinks wise squash,a couple of cups of tea and 2 glasses of lemonade.
2nd snack 2 mini picnic eggs.

So extremly healthy today Grin

Today we’re having/had

Frieg eggs, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes and chips for breakfast.

Bhindi masala, roti and spiced rice for lunch.

Noodles, veg, tofu and a peanuty sauce for dinner, we are having a fruit salad with dairy free creme fraiche and chocolate sauce for pudding.

D: shepherd's pie, broccoli, toasted baguette
2 × diet coke
Big Sunday dinner so no snacks today.

Breakfast slice of toast buttered
Lunch: 2 crumpets with cheese on
Dinner: dhal and half a tortilla wrap, 2 warm choc chip cookies
Snacks: 2 chocolate hobnobs dipped in tea
Brought a reduced pack of pineapple/ watermelon/ melon when I popped to the shop to get milk earlier, so might eat some of that later.

About to have roast beef, veg and yorkshires with wine.

L: Noodle salad, latte
Dinner: Battered cod in a brioche bun with lettuce and tartare sauce and chips.
Snack flapjack, carrot sticks.
Hot choc.

Toasted cheese muffin with butter and marmite. Another mug of tea.

Small portion of leftover spaghetti bolognese.

About to eat fish tacos made with roast marinaded cod and chorizo, mized salad, avocado, jalapenos, lime juice and coriander in corn tortilla wraps.

Brunch: chipolata, bacon, baked tomato, mushrooms, kale and cabbage stir fry, hash brown, fried egg, brown sauce.
Dinner, sea bass fillet with lemon oil, new potatoes, kale with nutmeg.
I'm working up to a slice of the chocolate cake DD made this afternoon.

B - granola and milk, slice of marmite and cheese sourdough with butter
L.- the last bit of the marmite sourdough with cheddar, pickle and salad. Pear
S - a few Brazil nuts and raisins
D - beef brisket, Yorkshire pud, mashed potato and swede, green beans and carrots. Chocolate brownie, raspberries and cookie dough ice cream.

@TwoZeroTwoZero slow cooker fudge?! Thankyou for letting me know such a thing existed!

A granny smith apple and a pack of maryland mini cookies for breakfast
A Greggs chicken bake and spicy chicken bites for lunch (went for Festive bakes but no way was I waiting 20 minutes for them to cook!)
A Greggs sausage roll and Heinz tomato and basil soup for tea
And a bourneville cookie!

No wonder I'm fat Hmm

Slow cooker fudge is delicious! It's difficult to leave it alone when it's made though so I don't make it often.

Dh is currently making fake beef stroganoff and it smells lovely.

S Milky Way snack size bar and rich tea biscuit

Normally do 16:8 fasting but since I’ve dropped to lo carb as well I’m really struggling to go til lunchtime with no food.
