What have you eaten today

Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

B - slice of Marmite and cheese sourdough with a poached egg
L - a pear, a packet of Worcester sauce crisps and about 3 spoonfuls of ds1's leftover tuna pesto pasta.
D - will be chicken dhansak, made by dh with rice and the amazing naan that our corner shop sell.
Can't wait - I'm starving, due to forgetting about lunch.

Breakfast- 1 peanut butter toast one butter toast and a mug of tea

Lunch- tomato soup and a some baguette

Supper- don't know as DH cooking at the moment

Snacks- 2 mince pies.://

B: Two small pancakes, made with a spoon of apple sauce rather than egg. Used a one egg frying pan as i find they are the easiest pancake size to make.
L: Salad
D: paella (veg)

Snacks: lager.

Breakfast - protein shake with almond milk and pomegranate
Lunch - wrap with 2 falafels, Greek yoghurt rocket and feta
Dinner - hoisin chicken and plum
Snacks - garlic crackers
Evening wine 🙄 why I'm still overweight

L: carrot and coriander soup, kinder bar, clemtines x2
D: "nachos" (plain tortilla chips loaded with onions, peppers, sweetcorn, mixed beans, tomatoes, cheese, Greek yogurt, avacado)

L: Skinny maple latte, maple pecan slice (yes I know I may have overdone it on the maple!)
D: Sri Lankan cabbage "choppy choppy" (it's spicy cabbage and egg thing, not sure what it's really called), boiled rice, flatbreads
S: 1 × square of hazelnut chocolate, 2 × diet coke

Porridge with banana and a hefty spoon of DMILs lovely rhubarb compote.
3 fish fingers/salad in a pitta pocket for lunch
Dinner was Sausages, mash, carrots, green beans, petit pois and onion gravy.
I’m going to crack open a can of raspberry lemonade and a red bounty during Strictly.

I had a very unhealthy(but delicious) day.

Coffee in the morning.

I went to a cafe for lunch and had a sort of roll with chorizo, mozzarella and rocket baked into it, a flat white and Portuguese custard tart.

Then dinner was a pesto pork schnitzel with roast red pepper spaghetti.

Muesli with flaxseed, apple sauce and yoghurt
A scrap of bread with butter
A slice of yesterday’s apple, red onion and feta pizza, with a bit of leftover cabbage and apple slaw, and a handful of sprouted lentils
Some homemade almond macaroons and fig rolls
A packet of sunbites
A bean and butternut squash filo pastry parcel with grated carrots and sprouted lentils

B- 2 crumpets with real butter and a cup of decaf tea
D- bag of wispa bites
T- homemade corned beef and potatoe pie with chips peas and gravy followed by homemade cherry pie with custard , had lots of decaf tea and will be having a glass of wine or two later

Breakfast- apple, carrot and cinnamon muesli with extra nuts and raisins. Decaf coffee.

Lunch- the most delicious tuna salad, with all the usual stuff, plus kale, artichoke hearts, olives, lightly steamed broccoli and sesame oil, made by my son.

Dinner- wholewheat spaghetti with a red pepper sauce, cherry tomatoes, peas and chorizo.

To drink, water and more decaf coffee.

Snacks- 4 chocolate malted milk biscuits.

2 poached eggs on 2 toast
Spinach and feta quiche with salad
Take-away from prezzo - half a portion of king prawns and half portion of fried mozzella. Then half a portion of pasta and 2 slices of pizza :-)
Around 4 cups of tea. Lots of water.

Roast dinner and everything not nailed down. It was a long week, I am tired and reloading for another week of 12 hour days
