Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Granola with fruit, nuts and almond milk
Lunch is chicken noodle soup and a persimmon.
Dinner will be chicken and bacon pasta with rocket, olive and cherry tomato salad. Maybe a yogurt or a handful of grapes.
Lots of cups of fruit tea in between.

Two slices thick white toast with crunchy marmite peanut butter for breakfast.
Will skip lunch because too shy/anxious to eat at work.
Dinner will be chicken caesar wrap and then a mini choc chip panettone and choc chip cookie.

Breakfast - Rice pudding with cinnamon, and a glass of orange juice

Lunch - Blueberry muffin and bbq nuts
Dinner - Vegan spaghetti bolognese

Didn't eat my usual lunch as didn't taste very nice (banana and grapes, both were completely tasteless Confused) so absolutely starving.
Having vegan bolognese as eating with my mum Smile

Breakfast: Bowl of Bran flakes, handful each of blueberries and strawberries, 1 small coffee followed by 2 large mugs tea (1 finishing breakfast, 1 mid morning)
about 4 milky mints while I worked
Lunch: 6" chunk of fresh crusty brown baguette, proper deli coleslaw, proper clove baked ham (no butter) (I was out dropping something to DD so took advantage of short queue at deli)
First mince pie of the season and another 2 mugs of tea

Dinner will be lamb meatballs with tomato sauce and pasta.

L: Cheese and spring onion quesadillas with cherry tomatoes, quavers
S: Too many biscuits
D: Pasta with salmon and peas

B - greek yoghurt with banana and some left over tinned pears
L - cold sausage (leftovers that I froze and defrosted) and rocket/cucumber sandwich, a tangerine.
S - a supermarket fake twix bar
Just about to eat slow cooker Butter chicken curry with pilau rice. Can of grape 7up.

L: left over veg lasagne
D: Tom yum soup

S - 2 chocolate digestives
L - homemade leek and potato soup, couple of oatcakes. Pot of granola, almonds, raisins.
S - apple, biscuit
D - lasagne, salad. Raspberry yoghurt

Lunch- cheese and crackers with my friends homemade tomato chutney. Glass of water, a banana and a snickers
Dinner- Spaghetti Bolognese with garlic bread, glass of water.

L: big bowl of rice crispies with whole milk, another black coffee with one sugar
D: sausage, egg and bean casserole with fried bread crutons
2 × diet coke
May have a peanut butter cookie while watching Netflix in a bit.

L- 2 slices bread with cheese spread, sausage roll and yoghurt.
D - Double cheeseburger and dirty fries.
2 bottles of water and one cuppa.
Some fruit and nut choc this eve.

B: 3 weetabix with milk, handful of raisins
L: 2 hummus and olive sandwiches on white bread
D: butternut squash, bean, bulgar wheat and spinach spiced chilli thing in the slow cooker, with a bit of brocoli, and vanilla ice cream and a shortbread finger for after.

L: Salad made up of baby leaves, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta and some ham. A small
fromage frais and a peppermint tea.

D: Two crumpets with baked beans on and a glass of milk

Having a peppermint tea now. Had quite a bit of water today too.

L: 2 slice seeded bread, cheese and pickle
Mushroom cup of soup, 4 rosemary crackers
500ml water

D: cheese and onion garlic bread with tuna pasta and tomato sauce.

Breakfast -granola, Greek yoghurt, banana.
Snack-mixed nuts
Lunch-oatcakes with sliced chicken and some cheese, bag of crisps, liebniz biscuit
Snack-2 jammy dodgers
Tea-jacket pot, sausages and baked beans.
I’ll also throw an apple in somewhere as I’ve not had much fruit/veg

Normally about 5 cups of tea (decaf with milk) and 4 glasses of water.

brekkie - 2 eggs on 1 toast, banana and peanut butter on toast and coffee

snack - apple

lunch - ham and cheese bagel, carrot + hummus , can of diet coke

snack - mince pie and coffee

dinner - halloumi and pineapple burgers, home made slaw and baked sweet pot fries.

Breakfast two cups of tea, one sugar. Two slices of toast with butter.

Snack two shortbread fingers with a cup of tea.
Lunch pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup (not normal but dp cooked them for us both today)

Snack two v small pieces of chocolate orange bar.

Tea will be spaghetti bolognese with two slices of garlic bread.

Hopefully I can hold off on the evening snacks tonight!

L: Potato, beans, cheese. 2x clemintines. 2x choc hob nobs.
D: chinese style egg and tomato. Aubergine and string bean. Brown rice.
