Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

B- multigrain porridge with almond milk
S- satuma
L- itsu katsu instant noodles
S- popchips, piece of shortbread
D- spaghetti bolognese ready meal
S- strawberry cornetto

Breakfast - hot croissant with butter and honey
Lunch - nothing

Snack - skinny whip mint bar (not because they're 'diet food', just because they're actually quite nice)

Dinner - bowl of chicken korma with a mini naan bread

About five cups of milk coffee and a few glasses of water

Lunch- ham sandwich, mini babybel, tangerine, pack of mini press
Supper- steak, dauphinose potatos and onion rings

B - porridge, blueberries, maple syrup
L - spicy butternut squash soup, satsuma, a small pot of almonds and raisins
S - banana
D - salmon and noodles in broth with mange tout, park Choi and baby sweetcorn
Raspberry yoghurt and a couple of squares of dark chocolate.

Leftover chicken curry with rice and half a naan and homemade onion salad

B: granola with blueberries, banana and yoghurt, slice of bread and Marmite, black coffee, swig of OJ.
Elevenses: black coffee, mince pie (outdoors, freezing).
L: mashed avocado on sourdough, crackers and Ossau-Iraty cheese. Apple.
Supper: leftover steak and mushroom pie, baby potatoes, tenderstem broccoli, carrots. Cup of tea, one Bendicks mint, one Hotel Chocolat chocolate.

T vegan sausage, turkey bacon salad wraps
S nut shots, skinny whip, 3 quality street

Breakfast: whole meal toast with jam - 2 slices, a satsuma and a coffee.
Lunch: baked potato with egg Mayo. Water.
Dinner: Roasted broccoli and Brussels sprouts with mashed potato and gravy. Kit Kat. Small glass of wine.

I had more water and squash throughout the day. Not a super healthy day!

Yesterday:

B- scrambled eggs on toast, orange.juice
L: cheese &pickle sandwich, cucumber sticks, an orange and a banana
S: crisps
D: jacket potato with beans and cheese, Broccoli, green beans
S: yoghurt and some chocolate

S: Giant chocolate coin (snackcident)
L: Mince pie (getting into the Xmas spirit).
Dinner: Homemade Saag Aloo and rice.

1pm: Plain kettle crisps
4pm: Coffee & more banana bread
6pm (anticipated): Takeaway curry

I should probably make sure there are some veggies in that takeaway, or make a salad tomorrow... Blush

L- cheese and leek crackers with soft cheese, large salad
S- bag of crisps, large piece of cake, mini crunchie (whoops)

Plus lots of tea, a latte, 5 Quality Street And a mince pie.

L pita bread, salad, pickle and cold meats and cheeses (buffet - can never control myself)
cup of tea and ginger biscuit
D homemade smoked haddock and cod fishcake, tartar sauce, salad and boiled egg
donut for pudding.

L: Tuna mayonnaise & rocket sandwich
D: Beef noodles with coconut milk, aubergine & rocket (got a massive bag of it in the veg box)

Hideously unhealthy day after a 6 morning month long diet (lost 3 stone)
