Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

L - tomato and lentil soup, dried fruit bar
D - homemade meatballs, tomato sauce, linguine, Parmesan
Peach and passion fruit yoghurt and a strip of dark chocolate.

B-granola with milk, banana, berries
S- chocolate biscuit
L- tomato soup, cheese toastie
S- apple
D- lamb curry, dhal and rice

Today--
B- toast with peanut butter, banana, orange juice
L- cheese and crackers, grapes
S- yoghurt and peaches
D- pasta with pesto, chicken, salad, garlic bread
S- mince pie with cream

Tea miso mushroom rolls, pack of crisps and a cheese and cucumber sandwich f
Supper slice of homemade chocolate cake which is as sickly as anything. 4 glasses of sherry and a cup of coffee

B: muesli with blueberries and banana, toast and Marmite, black coffee, OJ.
Mid-morning: black coffee, a chocolate.
L: minestrone, a cracker and cheese. Half a mince pie.
Mid-afternoon: tea, two mince pies (home made, they are tiny!)
Supper: Chinese takeaway. Tea and two chocolates.

Leftover aubergine curry and rice (why is curry so much nicer the day after?)
Stirfry with home made satay sauce and wholewheat noodles a bit later, going for a run first.

Breakfast - nothing. I made the toast but couldn't eat it
Lunch - crumpet with cheese on, 2 chocolate hobnobs dipped in tea
Dinner - pasta in a tomato sauce because we didn't have any of the other ingredients
Snacks - a few lebkuchen

Snacks: two packets of monster munch and, yet again, baileys

2 pains au chocolat
2 packs of wotsits
Roast veg crumble
Banana with yoghurt and syrup
Bar of galaxy
Broccoli and cauliflower gratin, Quorn escalope
Apple crumble with cream, plus a few spoonfuls of raw crumble as I was making it

Today has been dreadful. Very early start - always over eat when that happens

Big bowl of leftover stirfry
Four hob nobs and a slice of sourdough
Shortly be making quesadillas with caramelised onion, roasted pepper and refried beans

B- multigrain porridge sachet with almond milk
L- waitrose smoked salmon sushi wrap
S- popchips & a satsuma
D- 1/2 a chicken and bacon pizza, handful of rocket on the side
S- reeses's cup from advent calendar, 2 crumpets with butter and marmite.

L: Chickpea masala Indian pastry thingies (from co-op, delicious)
D: Two veggie sausages and some homemade colcannon (mashed potato mixed with fried cabbage and onions with loads of butter, salt and pepper) and some raw carrot sticks.

Dinner - 3 (very large...) crusty rolls with ham and cucumber

Just now - 2 oranges (fortunately I had no chocolate or I'd have scoffed that)

L - sausage pasta ready meal (at work), cup of tea.
S - emergency chocolate bar and a cup of (cold) tea
D - lentil curry and wine
S - more wine, whole large bag of salted popcorn Blush

It's been a long day, I'm usually a bit healthier than this!

Supper: pork chop cooked with apples, onion and potatoes, cabbage. Satsuma. Tea and a few squares of dark chocolate with hazelnuts.

L: Two egg fried sarnie with butter and ketchup, homemade coleslaw and a cherry yogurt, latte.
Diet lemonade.
Lunch was late (3.30) so probably no tea tonight, perhaps some toast.
