Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Breakfast - coffee with milk x2, strawberry mullerice

Lunch - cheese salad sandwich on brown bread, rhubarb crumble and custard

Dinner - small bowl of chips, two profiteroles

Pretty atrocious reading it back.

Let's see if tomorrow is any better. Needs more vegetables and less sugar. (the crumble was worth it though)

Have just reached my target weight so navigating eating 'normally' and not dieting..

B - cup of tea
L- egg mayo and chicken sandwich, with bag of crisps, carrots and nakd bar
S - one miniature hero
D - homemade pizza, with anchovies and no cheese. With peppers, and sweet corn on the side. Two chicken nugget things and a small slice of homemade carrot cake for desert

Lots of water throughout the day as well

I've just got to being happy with my weight too (although don't own scales so don't know my actual weight) I just know how I feel! For all I know when I weigh myself I could still weigh the same!!
I know what you mean anyway
Had half a ham and lettuce and tomato and mayonnaise sandwich today,
And homemade chicken and mushroom meal from freezer with rice
A bun
And melted chocolate which can never resist

B: fried eggs on toast
S: half a banana (DD had other half)
L: tuna salad, Freddo bar
S: more chocolate throughout afternoon
D: sausage Ragu with linguine and a glass of red wine

Brunch - fried mushrooms, poached egg, spinach, avocado on sourdough
S - granola bar, apple
D - roast pork and all the trimmings later...roast potatoes, stuffing, parsnips, carrots, greens...can't wait.

B: Cup of tea with milk, coffee with milk, boiled egg with whole meal marmite toast.

Hour walk with toddler in backpack.
Nutty chocolate squares x3

L: 1/4 higgedy quiche with salad and roll.

Stollen slice and cup of tea

D: Homemade ham and cheese potato gratin with broccoli and spinach for supper.

Yesterday: B muesli with prunes and banana, black coffee.
Mid-morning: black coffee, bit of apple tart.
L: leftover tomato pilaf with artichokes, black olives and chorizo. Apple.
Afternoon: tea, apple and raspberry cake.
Supper: salmon with noodle and veg stirfry. Apple tart with vanilla iceceam. Tea.

Today: B: fruit and fibre cereal with blueberries and banana, slice of bread and Marmite, black coffee.
Mid-morning: black coffee, apple tart.
L: falafel, salad, pitta, tahina sauce.
Supper will be steak and mushroom pie, jacket potato, cabbage, carrots.

Crisps, chocolate, toast and homemade special fried rice. I've had a hangover today, so only fancied the crap haha.

Daughter and husband though:
Breakfast; cereal
Dinner: sandwiches, veg sticks and crisps.
Tea: homemade special fried rice, with cake bars for pudding.

B: Raisin bagel and butter, one coffee
L: Two cheese and onion rolls, an apple, some soya beans and a lemon fairy cake, coffee.
D: McDonalds Filet o fish meal with sprite (late drive back from the beach and the kids were too hungry to wait for dinner to be made at home).

B- yoghurt and a Cadbury fudge

Lunch - cheese salad and raspberry mousse. Couple of spare roast potatoes

Dinner - a mini pork pie, 4 mini cheese rolls

To drink, coffee, water, diet coke and a rather large gin and tonic once I got home

D: pancakes; half with lemon and sugar, half with gammon and syrup.

B 30g porridge made with water, 5 dates and a banana. 2 soya lattes.
L 3 boiled eggs, 2 slices toast no butter.

Dinner tbc.

2 hash browns and scrambled eggs.
Tea, Diet Coke and water at various points.
