Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Snack: 1 bag of ready salted frisps
D: homemade Korean fried chicken baguette with Asian slaw, fresh strawberry and cream meringue for pudding.
2 × diet coke, not enough water today

B - 1.5 teacakes (I'm on the "let's see what needs eating up" diet. Last week everyone wanted teacakes and yet here they still are).

I actually think the opposite is true. So many people dont have any idea of normal portions sizes and eat way more than they need every single day. Hence why there is an obesity crisis.

L - some salad with a slice of "use by today" ham and some manchego and olive nachos and a massive splodge of just made guacamole (it doesn't look very appetising, so I guess I'll have to eat it all. GET IN!)

L - cheese and crackers, cucumber, piccolo tomatoes, a glass of apple and mango juice.
S - banana and another latte (just those instant packet ones).

L: reduced fat pate on seed bread with gherkins, tangerine, bag of ready salted
Dinner will be steak frites with salad, tomatoes and lemon tart. (Waitrose dine in for two that DH brought back as a surprise. At least I did a bootcamp this morning Hmm)

So far, lots of grapes as we got massive grapes in the veg box and they're lush, so handfuls of those

Brunch of field mushroom, whole roasted tomato, roast garlic, 1.5 slices of buttered wholemeal toast, 1/3 tin of beans

Breakfast - 2 slices of Warburton's sliced tiger bread toast with butter and peanut butter, 2 coffees (630am when the child got up!)

Brunch 11am - morning roll with black pudding and Lorne sausage, ketchup and a tea

Snack 3pm - chilli peanuts, olives and feta, crisps, sour cream dip and a gin

Dinner will be rib eye steak, chips in beef dripping, garlic mushrooms, roast vine tomatoes, onion rings, peppercorn sauce and lots of red wine

Probably will have chocolate later too. My daughter is at Grannies tonight so we are in our onesies watching films and eating. It's really a great day.

S (just now) - cereal bowl serving (!) of ‘hot chicken wing’ flavoured crisps, Japanese stout

I'll probably have a low fat spinich and cannoli ready meal for dinner

Breakfast - cereal bar
Lunch - 2 slices of toast with marmite (been fancying it for ages and finally got the marmite today!)
Dinner - quorn cheese & brocolli scallops with sweet potato fries...all out of the freezer because we’re down to the dregs and one of us could do with doing a shop.

Snacks - handful of bbq Pringles and some popcorn whilst watching a movie

S - hobnob biscuit
D - homemade pizza with Parma ham, mozzarella, olives, mushrooms, egg, rocket and Parmesan. Salad
Spoonful of cookie dough ice cream and a couple of strips of dark choc with ginger
Glass of red wine, lots of tea and decaf coffee.

Breakfast - yoghurt with honey and pine nuts

Lunch - leek and potato soup (the leeks were turning, had to use them sharpish) and some sourdough

Dinner - attempted a puttanesca sauce (not bad) with pasta and baked chicken thighs.
