Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

D - buttermilk fish burger, potato wedges, sweetcorn, salad

Did a brutal 10 mile run up in the fells

B- 2x 50/50 toast with real butter and marmite, 2 cups of tea
S- mince pie and cup of tea
L- spaghetti hoops on toast, satsuma
S- 4 chocolate digestives, cup of tea
D- chicken pie with peas and sweetcorn

Breakfast - Cappuccino and Rice Pudding with raspberry jam
Lunch - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - Blsck bean noodles
Snacks - Cappuccino and a soft bake breakfast bar thing

Breakfast: Skyr yoghurt, fruit and seed mix, blueberries
Lunch: falafel, poached egg, ryvita with houmous and a load of salad bits
Snack: small packet of crisps
Dinner: vegetarian Thai green curry and basmati rice
Snack: few squares of dark chocolate
To drink:lads of water, tea (reg and decaf), 2 x coffees

Lunch -slightly too big slice of courgette and Stilton quiche and salad

Snack - bite of a home made sausage roll, 1/4 of a cheese sandwich

Dinner - probably nothing as I'm still in work and not hungry

L: 2 × chocolate eclair, another coffee
D: gammon, egg, chips, peas, bread and butter. Half a Palmier for pudding.

S- 1/2 an iced ring donut from Greggs
D- bean chilli with wild rice
S- small chunk xmas cake, 2 fig rolls and a kitkat

It's Thanksgiving here today.
Breakfast was fried potato, sausage, green pepper and onion hash, scrambled eggs, and cinnamon rolls. It was a late and very filling breakfast so no lunch.

Later we'll tuck into a festive dinner - turkey, stuffing, brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, roast potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, followed by pumpkin pie and pecan pie served with ice cream, all washed down by some nice Belgian beer and/ or a couple of bottles of plonk.

Toast and jam, a mince pie, home made leek and potato soup, slice of cheese, piece of chocolate, 6 oatcakes, hummus, salad.

Water, latte, lots of tea and a red wine.

B: sultana bran and coffee
L: veg soup, oat and pecan homemade low-sugar biscuit
S: ready salted crisps, tangerine, cups of tea and water
D: spag puttanesca with grana padano, watercress and spinach salad, black cherry yoghurt, 2 glasses of prosecco.

A bit more than usual but it was a busy day and a celebration so I don't feel at all bad. And I did bootcamp.

B & L cheesecake! *
evening meal - chicken dippers, wedges, lovely colourful salad, glass of low cal wine

  • I bought a cheap cheesecake as part of the weekly shop. When I got home, I noticed that the box was cut at the top. So I had to eat it all in case it wasn't safe. No ill effects from the first slice yesterday, so I ate the rest today.

Dinner - baked lemon salmon with baby vine tomatoes, garden salad and padrón peppers

Snack - coffee and a skinny whip dark chocolate and mint bar

I'm back to normal eating, hurrah!
B: granola with prunes, banana and yoghurt, half a slice of toast and Marmite, black coffee.
Later: another black coffee.
L: courgette and pea soup, half a cheese and olive scone, half a slice of bread and butter. Apple.
Tea and a bit of apple and raspberry cake.
Supper: mini frittata from Lidl (surprisingly nice), oven chips, peas. Apple.

Soja steak, olives boiled egg, red câblage, goat cheese. All on one plate. Fast 800 diet. Minging. But, I'm losing weight. I just eat once a day.

Quite a carby day, but very comfort food-y🥰

Breakfast (at 11am): Two slices of toast (nice and thick, homemade bread) with butter and marmite, plus a brew and an Actimel.

Dinner: Chicken korma with pilau rice (homemade) and a naan bread (not homemade).

Snack: Some Hotel Chocolat Christmas chocolate with a brew.

Not a great day today actually, but as usual I let my diet go when I'm stressed.
