Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Breakfast: porridge with blueberries and a banana.
Lunch: homemade carrot, pepper and red onion soup, an apple and a mince pie.
Dinner: salmon and roasted courgettes, peppers, and cherry tomatoes, two satsumas and half a tube of smarties.

No snacks, one cup of tea and about two litres of water.

(Yesterday)

Breakfast - Coconut yoghurt with banana and blueberries. Ice Latte.

Lunch - A wrap with hummus, falafel, lettuce and tomato.

Snacks - I probably had another two ice lattes. Sea salt popcorn and quinoa sour cream and onion chips. (Crisps.)Grin

Dinner - Roast vegetables and Schnitzel.

I'm just getting back to eating normally (although a lot less than i usually would) after starting chemo ten days ago. Can't manage any fruit yet, or coffee Sad. And we're eating ready meals or stuff that needs minimal preparation because of my exhaustion and DP's broken ankle.
B: porridge with a dash of maple syrup, 2 weak teas.
L: small bowl Sainsbury's tomato and basil soup (not very nice), half a multigrain bagel, toasted.
D: half a Sainsbury's spinach and ricotta pizza, some leftover roasted root veg, peas.
Couple more cups of tea during the day.

Yesterday--
B: porridge with banana, blackberries, almonds, honey
S: chocolate biscuit
L: chicken noodle soup, an orange, brie and crackers
D: ham with parsley sauce, mashed potatoes, green beans and peas
In the evening I suddenly needing copious amounts of chocolate so had a hot chocolate, 3 Lindt balls and 4 squares dark chocolate (on my period) felt a bit sick after but totally worth it 😁

B: 3 weetabix with milk and raisins
L: tin of tomato soup and a cheese and chutney sandwich
D: Spanish omelette with sautéed carrots and chorizo on the side

Few gingernuts as snacks, 3.5h brisk walk (don't know how far)

L: bread and butter (I know, but it was straight out the oven!)

D: baked hoisan salmon fillet and cherry toms with broccoli and wholewheat noodles
Apple
Slice of banana, walnut and date loaf.

half a alcohol free lager and lime.

Breakfast - coffee x2 as per usual

Lunch - lots of antipasti - olives, sun dried tomatoes, some sort marinated cheese, baked figs with goats cheese and honey, hummus, snall wholemeal pitta, mini feta and ricotta parcels. Bloody delicious it was too.

Dinner - will go go one of two ways - I'll either have a proper cheat day have takeaway pizza (so more cheese. Fabulous idea) or I'll have a bit of grilled salmon and salad. Depends mostly on dp

Accidentally very noodle heavy!
Maggi instant noodles for lunch
Dinner is a healthier spicy stirfry with pepper, brocolli, mushroom and courgette with wholewheat noodles

Dinner - Another cappuccino, a few crackers, a date and a breakfast bar

L: Bacon, scrambled egg, oatcake, mushrooms, toast & butter

D: Tofu, cabbage & pak choi stir fry with noodles

Dinner: was made by my MIL and can only be described as a shittonne of eggs Envy - not envy.

Im now going to have to eat a packet of crisps to get rid of the taste. Its a share size bag. Im not sharing.

Breakfast: Leftover sticky toffee pudding and cream, a coffee.
Snack: Gr yog and honey, grapes.
Lunch: Wrap with tuna sweetcorn mayo and tomatoes
Snack: Oatmeal biscuit (Captain Tom's recipe!)
Dinner: Red rice (onions, garlic, toms, tom puree, red pepper, allspice, cardamon pods, paprika, sugar, salt) with feta, lemon, olive oil and coriander, 2 x Nando fake veggie things (friend works there and liberates food that will be thrown at the end of her shift but don't tell anyone).

S- 2 satsumas and a mini mince pie
D- gammon steak, jacket potato and steamed green veg with a honey and mustard sauce

Pork and corn chilli with crispy tortillas for dinner (we are trying out Gousto this week as a treat)

D: some veggie bulgar wheat thing I froze last week. Was supposed to be homemade pizza but I didn't have time.
Snacks were a satsuma and some gingernuts. Lots of mint tea

B: 1 slice toasted sourdough with peanut butter and strawberry jam (filthy habit picked up from American friends)
4 cups of tea
L: cheese and salad sandwich and grapes
D: pasta with pesto, bacon, mushrooms, onions an red peppers
gin and tonic and a few nibbles at a friends' house.
