Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

B: banana milkshake, slice of bread and jam, 2 gingernuts
L: mushy peas on toast, an apple
D: cauliflower cheese, baked potato, carrots
Snacks throughout: 3 bags of crisps, gingernuts.

B- 2 weetabix with raisins
S- Apple cake
L- ham salad wrap, crisps, satsuma
D- will be sausage casserole and rice or couscous.

Will try to get through the rest of the day without any snacks.
While my BMI is normal at 23, I’m about a stone off my happy weight and need to step away from the biscuit tin.

A vanilla and hazelnut iced coffee, a large Baileys, a marron glacé and some white chocolate buttons. I’m trying to get in the Xmas spirit.

About to have trout with mash, red peppers and parsley though.

D - jacket potato with butter and cheese, big salad, piece of peppered mackerel

Snack - 1 Bourbon biscuit and 1 garibaldi biscuit, apple D - jacket potato with cottage cheese and hummus, salad

Slice banana bread x 2
Slice rye bread, Harrogate Blue, tomato chutney
Kale and white bean soup, slice rye bread and butter
6 jelly belly beans - can't remember flavours

@ScribblingPixie well if I'd had fish fingers it would have been a fish finger and mushy pea sandwich, if that helps? But really it's not much different to beans on toast, it's just tinned ready cooked pulses in sauce

So mines not the most nutritious today Grin

Breakfast: a can of lilt zero
Lunch: a small chunk of cheddar with chilli and two bags of pombears
Dinner: 1/4 Lidl’s Cajun chicken pizza, 1/4 Lidl’s spinach and ricotta pizza. 2 cherry tomatoes
Evening snack: mint skinny whip bar, another can of lilt zero

Lunch - home made bacon and vegetable soup with a slice of buttered tiger bread
Dinner - salt and chilli pork loin steak, wedges and salad

Not nearly enough water but a lot of sleep.

B: a can of chicken and dumplings soup, some cheese, oatcakes with butter, and some prunes.

L: a tamale, some cashews and some more prunes scarfed down between Zoom meetings.

D: I'll likely either have a different can of soup or make some version of a minestrone soup with Italian sausage. Probably will have canned soup to take the edge off the hunger then make the minestrone soup to last me the next couple of days.

Actually I just remembered that I have a salmon fillet in the fridge and a head of broccoli. Roasted broccoli and pan fried salmon with a crispy skin is in the cards for me tonight, finished off with a pear for dessert. That'll be a nice shot of protein and veg.

D jacket spud, mixed bean salad and tuna. G & T

Not enough water, 2 hr walk this morning.

Breakfast - Banana, natural yoghurt, almonds

Lunch - nothing/handful of chilli lime poppadoms
Mint tea

Dinner - Homemade lasagne / v proud with myself, as did the whole ‘bulk it out with lentils’ thing I always hear about on here, and 500g mince stretched to making two! But also added in quite a bit of ‘hidden’ vegetables, ie the stuff DD doesn’t really like, such as mushrooms and courgette.
