Not had one of these in a while and I love nosing at what people eat!
Today

Breakfast: 2 black coffees and a can of coke Blush
Lunch: left over bowl of aubergine balti and some rice
Snack: 2 toast while putting off writing a report for work (the dangers of WFH!)
Dinner will be sweet potato and black bean tacos with guacamole.

Breakfast - porridge with banana and yogurt and a nice cuppa!
Lunch - leftover soy and honey chicken with rice and broccoli
Snack - blueberries and yogurt
Tea - jacket potato with cheese and beans, corn on cob

Breakfast-2 boiled eggs, tea (no sugar but with milk)
Snack- tea
Lunch-tuna salad and a tangerine
Dinner-lamb and spinach curry
Will probably have a mug of semi skimmed milk later.

Trying to reduce carbs as I finally got on the scales this weekend and it was bad.

B - porridge and banana

L - cheese and crackers, boiled egg, cherry tomatoes, red pepper, radishes, apple, dark chocolate

D - Lentil, carrot and spinach stew with bread

Snacks - Ritz crackers, peanut butter, dark chocolate

I follow a Low-Carb High Fat way of eating.

B: two coffees with cream
Lunch: spinach leaf salad with ham, Brie and truffle oil, Greek yoghurt with raspberries
Dinner: Thai curry with prawns and vegetables, cauliflower rice instead of normal rice.

Coffee with rude health almond milk.
Seedy slice of bread, butter and marmalade.
About 5 cups of tea with soya milk.
Handful of Bombay mix.
Homemade chicken and cabbage pie.
DH is now making cookies.

Half a tin of beans on a slice of seeded batch loaf

Chicken casserole with carrots, mash and kale
1 slice of melon, 1 pear and one tangerine.

About 4 cups of tea, splash of milk and half a teaspoon of sugar in each.

2 pints of water, 1 pint of soda water

Lunch - sausage, bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes
Dinner - chicken & prawn gumbo, Diet Coke and a couple of spoonfuls of peanut butter

Missed breakfast

Lunch: a cheese & pickle sandwich with cucumber

Dinner: pasta with a light sauce and halloumi
Yoghurt

Snack: about to have a couple of chocolate digestives with my tea

Not the most healthy day (again). The halloumi was delicious though

Breakfast: Coffee and an M&S blueberry pancake.
Lunch: lamb shawarma, half an avocado and a few pringles. Coffee after.
Dinner: baked salmon fillets, asparagus and oven chips.

Over the course of the day I've also had water...and a whole bar of green & black chocolate!

Breakfast slice of toast
Lunch picked at throughout the afternoon: a small sausage roll, a couple of cheese pastry twists, 2 chocolate hobnobs, a couple of olives
Dinner a bit of tomato tart, a bit of broccoli, some very buttery new potatoes, the last spoon of chocolate trifle

D: lemon and piri roast chicken, roast potatoes, carrots, Yorkshire pudding and gravy, Mars icecream for pudding.
Diet tonic water, diet coke, water bottle.

I've eaten rubbish today 😶

Breakfast x 2 crumpets with butter and marmite

Snack x 2 cookies and about 4 chocolate biscuits

Lunch tuna mayo sandwich, bag of crisps and a cereal bar

Snack x 4 bday chocolates (Lindor ones!)

Dinner salmon wellington, roast potatoes and broccoli

Pudding chocolate cake (bday cake!) and double cream 😬

It was my bday on Saturday so that's my excuse!!

Lunch: omelette with: spinach, tomato, onion, pepper & rocquefort cheese
Dinner: vegan ready meal reduced in Tesco: coconut rice & chickpeas, onion bhaji, curried cauliflower with Greek yoghurt & muhammara sauce.

Dinner - crispy chicken and bacon wrap with salad, handful of wedges, couple of slices of garlic baguette.

Elevenses: Mig of tea and 3 x Digestives
Lunch: Tuna pasta and mayo
Dinner: Tomato soup and crusty bread

3 weetabix with raisins and milk (but they're fake ones so smaller!)

2 rich tea
Beans on wholemeal toast 2 slices
Small bag of lentil curl crisp things
A lump of cheese
Chicken and veg stir fry with rice noodles
Wispa mousse

(I'm about 2 stone overweight atm)

This is what I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
Cereal... so healthy, I know. Grin

Lunch:
Potato Salad.

Dinner:
Homemade veggie burger.

I also ate the scraps from my children's lunch box. (As in after making it not after they were done with it.Confused)
